May as well make it teleport you back to silvermoon.
I find summoning a mail box is more practical than this unreliable racial. If you are making it a completely pve oriented racial then at least make it worth the GCD.
What are you talking about? There are numerous spots in dungeons that it becomes great.
The cursed adds at the start of Mists when dispelled don’t give the curse debuff, you can take the shields off the skeletons in ToP, you can remove damage buffs from certain mobs, you can remove the buffs from the necromancers in NW.
There are tons of uses you crazy.

Torrent costs GCD?

I haven’t played a Belf in so long, I don’t even know what it does anymore.
I remember way back it was like a duo system - Mana Tap empowered Arcane Torrent, Mana Tap stacked up to 4 times iirc (maybe 3?) and then Arcane Torrent released it and restored a set value of mana :3
Then it was changed to a set % of mana (I think 8%?) and silenced in an AoE radius.
That was deemed too powerful and was changed to refund a set value of your resource (mana, holy power etc etc) and remove a beneficial buff from an enemy target
It removes all purgable buffs from enemies in a small aoe around the caster. its incredibly strong in some situations in pve.

Literally, every time people talk about it, these are the only examples we will keep hearing.

Well that would just be unreasonable and broken in so many aspects. The ones I listed can save a lot of time in keys.
Except those take less than 1% of the whole game.
A racial, that’s only practical in <1% content…, at least I use mail quite a lot.
Well then play nightborne and not blood elf? I’m not truly seeing the issue here. You just don’t value the racial so don’t play the race?
It’s an example. A meaningful racial doesn’t have to be powerful. Right now AT serves no purposes in the vast majority of the game. Name one other racial that has this low of value.
When’s the last time someone said: thank the gods I have 1% damage resist!

Well I mean I get that but all racials are at max 1-2% of anything. I understand the argument that some racials may be 1-2% all the time. However not every racial can be that way. It destroys the game environment by making everything the exact same with different skins.
If this is so concerning do a race change.

Blood elves already have the “I look sooo pretty” racial. You can only have so much.
There was an underwater pet battle in BfA. Score Undead 1, everyone else 0.
Now imagine it only works in <1% of all waters, or only <1% of mobs can’t detect your stealth.
I can’t speak for every class but BEs are one of the better races for DKs. The buff removal can be very useful and even if there isn’t anything significant to remove it’s still a free 20 RP.
