Primordial Arcanic Pulsar while the concept is cool, it doesn’t work too well in practice.
Some ideas for updates to it. Half the cost to 300 to hit the mini CA, its a nice little burst window that would greatly improve M+ QoL
I see the buff fall off at times when I phase into a new zone, like the time rifts, or other parts of the world, this fully resets any power we might have had when other classes don’t suffer the same.
When we wipe or die, the buff is 100% gone and this is the real kick in the knees. In a M+ setting a Hunter can wipe with you and by the time we all run back has beastial wrath back up and is pew pew pew. So I recommend the buff last even if we wipe, just like orbit breaker does.
I’ve seen the call to removed the talent as a whole, I enjoy the mini burst capabilities but some improvement would bring it up to speed.

Just remove it. Too much of our output is balanced around something we can hardly control. The only way to delay it is to overcap and waste AP.
The big problem with balance druid is that so much of their damage is sunk into their 3 min cd, Incarnation. You do pitiful damage outside it.
Just make orbital strike a thing to make it a 2 min cd and move more damage into our core spells, especially starfall.

I also agree there, the 3 min cds in the game are from a bygone era. The game has moved past them and really any left are a dinosaur. I’m in favor of Incarn being dropped to a 2 min cd overall.
What does moving orbital strike have to do though? That is just 30 ticks of moonfire make a Full Moon drop at 60% value? Its a flavor thing at best, but not controlled at all so bit of a bust at times there.
To me another fix would have an AoE application of Moonfire, instead they made a new talent that you have to take to make Sunfire again AoE application< that should have been moonfire and twins moons talent is just baseline.
I confused it with the talent from the previous PTR that reduced incarn to 2 min cd and did a carpetbombing burst beam.
Ahh yea that was a fun time. not sure it was ever used sadly but good idea on paper.
