I have tried for months trying to get the one conduit I still needed - Arcane Prodigy I don’t know why we get off-spec conduits more than our chosen spec. Well, I switched to Frost and right-clicked on my Character and chose Arcane for Loot Specialization. I got the conduit on my first run after making the switch! I seriously cannot believe I had to go to great lengths in changing my character just because the Product management team and above decides to gatekeep essential system requirements for gameplay. Seriously. If you don’t have a conduit, in my experience, you are forced to off-spec to get specific class specialization drops. Wow.
