      • Fixed an issue causing Eureka to not affect all 3 Orbs fired from Clearcasted Arcane Orbs.

      • Fixed an issue preventing Arcane Echo from triggering correctly.

      • Fixed an issue preventing Brainstorm from triggering correctly.

      • Fixed an issue causing Touch of the Magi to not reattribute damage from support effects correctly.

is Controlled Instinct a buff or nerf? I had no idea it was broken..

A nerf. It was apparently counting additional sources of damage besides the splinters. I also didn’t know it was bugged.
