so is frost now the play to use ? or is arcane still out performing?
Anything any spec is doing before raids or m+ come out is effectively irrelevant. Which makes it doubly stupid that Blizzard did anything until at least the first week of each. If you’re basing your spec purely off of what’s top, wait about a week and a half.
That may be true, but it also didn’t answer OP’s question.
Personally, I think arcane is still pretty good.
No one can really answer that question before the season starts and we see enough live data from M+ and raiding but atm Arcane is doing very well even after the nerf so if you enjoy it keep playing it. But if you don’t and are just looking for whatever is the fotm meta then its just a guessing game at this point.
