Was just wondering, is arcane mage the most mobile out of the 3 mage specs?

They just have a ton of instant casts. In addition Scorch can be cast while moving.
Arcane is very stationary, because you’re going to be hardcasting Arcane Blast a lot. Without Icy Flows (Which you won’t take over Shimmer 99% of the time) a lot of it is going to be sitting there hardcasting.
There’s not much Arcane Mage really gets that makes it more mobile than the other classes that’s not in the base Mage talent tree.
