Can someone please help shed some insight on the stat priority for arcane mage? I know mage isn’t looking too hot at the moment, but I am thinking of starting the fun adventure of progressing my mage.
I have seen different things said in different places and guides, so I don’t feel I have a super good grasp on this.
What is the stat priority for PvE?

PvE they are all pretty close but in general it’s Mastery >/= Crit > Vers > Haste.
PvP not completely sure but most likely Crit = Vers > Mastery > Haste. Remember that PvP plays entirely differently than PvE for arcane. Generally you don’t cast AB much at all and are perma-kiting while spamming slow and AM, then popping CDs when you get stacks of clearcasting and unloading AM into someone.
Pvp it’s haste/vers gear for every single spec

The stats seem fairly different from PvP/PvP, which doesn’t really surprise me as is with other classes/specs I play.
