Just kindly requesting that arcane blast and Arcane Missiles receive a buff.
Lastly, presence of mind feels so weak. Would there be any suggestions or recommendations on having it reworked?

45 sec recharge. Two charge maximum.

- Prismatic Barrier – Empower your shield by 100%, but effect decays over ten seconds.
- Arcane Surge – Reduce cast time by 50%
