Arcane Barrage?

I had Arcane Barrage on my bars, everything going normal.

Bought dual spec and swapped to Frost.

When I swapped back to Arcane, Arcane Barrage is missing from my bars and not available in my spell book.

edit: I was able to get it back after dropping Arcane Specialization and re-learning it.

Definitely a bug.

Problem still exists.

The spell is gone and a macro also doesn’t acknowledge its existence.
