Just a minor complaint I have with Arcane’s 4P. If you get unlucky and hit a Jackpot! while you already have Aether Attunement active, you just munch your prior Aether Attunement wasting it.
This can be easily fixed by allowing Aether Attunement to stack (so that you consume one the next Arcane Missiles, and then the other on the following Arcane Missiles).

I think the 4 piece is mostly fine. Maybe have the 4 piece give an additional 5% increased spell damage. I just hate the unfortunate munches in rare circumstances.
In aoe sometimes you’re just drowning in orb procs and can’t get rid of 4 charges quick enough to get your aether attunement proc off lol
The orbs go off so much it makes me wonder what the point of is of having a 2 charges talent for it. We’re basically at 4 max Arcane Charges all the time. Let alone the fact that the orbs do like no damage. Would feel cooler if the orbs felt more impactful, noticeably moving an enemy health bar on impact (at least the directly pressed ones if it can’t be the ones that randomly proc), but I guess not.

They did but then Blizzard nerfed the
out of them for the same inexplicable reason as all the other nerfs. But apparently they think Arcane is in a great spot so we have nothing to worry about! /s
Arcane is working as intended: right at the bottom where they want it.
