So annoying

Pretty sure it’s only a “Warrant” quest mob, so if you’re not on the quest you’re being phased as you approach it.

  • Abandon the quest
  • Leave Taz’avesh
  • Use the item to pick up the quest again
  • Return, ignore any caches nearby, click the beacon immediately
