Arbitary level requirements on items that it doesnt really make sense to have a level requirement on

I run both current content and twink related stuff.

the illusion spells that drop from certain dungeons are locked at specific level points like 35 for the illusion mark of shadowmoon apperance from wod. its cosmetic no point for a level requirement considering that you can start most dungeons from level 10 either removing it making it bind on account or at least a minimum make the base line for stuff that needs a level requirement be level 10 as thats where wows focused with chromie time.

All baits and fishing lures and stuff like that or margoss items rare fishing in legion having level requirements which is pointless and only serves to make the game more inaccessible and less fun and fantastical.
by removing these or setting them to at least coincide with chromie time to allow us to use anything we come across while we are leveling up characters and alts is just an easy but surefire way to get wow to a state where little things stop bothering long time players who go back into old content for a bit of fun or reprieve from current content.

my character looted a shark from legion that had a 1 min time limit before it disappears from my bags and i got to sit there and watch it disappear, now I cant level up 20 levels in 1 min, therefore this should be set to be useable or bind on account so I can at least send it to a char that’s a higher enough level to use the item, accessibility is a strength that gets ignored in wow I feels so many weird things while not having much use id still like the opportunity to actually use a majority of the things I come across instead of just vendoring it for like 12c.

I understand when it comes to balancing its different but these items are just purely for fun or content that doesn’t really matter or affect the current content.

ill add more about this topic as I go as I come across a lot of it in game, this was my first post so hope I did it all right.

EDIT - just did a shadowlands dungeon got a veiled satchel of cooperation that gives gold and runes but the bag is level 48 to even open it. what’s the incentive to doing a different role here if the reward bag is locked. why would anyone lock a bind on pickup reward bag. I’ve got 2 that take up space until I hit level 48 now.
