I was able to see him just fine on my main… but the second I do ‘The Battle of the Bridge’ on an alt, he isn’t here. Because he isn’t, I can’t continue the questline on my other characters… fantastic.
Yup also have this exact same problem. Worked fine on my first character, but not on my second. Re-zoning/re-logging does nothing. The NPCs are just missing (Arator is back in silvermoon in fact but wont accept the quest completion)
I completed the March on Quel’Danas raid the other night in a PUG group before having done the scenario, but Arator has moved on and left me behind. I can’t turnin the questline from the Battle of the Bridge scenario as a result. C’mon Blizz, help me link up with my boy!

Same issue. I’ve completed and turned it in on multiple toons already, but on this alt Arator is missing and I cannot turn in the quest. I submitted a ticket and Blizzards response was that they can’t help sigh
