As the title says, where is the vendor that sells these? The wardrobe states their source is Vendor. What am I missing?

It clearly states they are from vendor…so how to get them?
Its rng rare drops. Ive done hundreds of dailies and ran the boss plus even dozens on times over tons of alts. Only has the abbott white staff and mace drop once each. Its a bs drop rate and garbage rng grind

Even All The Things lists these weapons as coming from the vendor. Granted that’s just an addon and not an official source, but I’m wondering if maybe they were there on the PTR and it got changed for live?
In any case, as of now the only way to get them is from the progress bar boxes, EDIT: daily bags, and the final boss of the scenario. All of which are warband loot, rather than by loot spec.

Only the purple weapons seem to be on the vendor
White ones seem to be from the event boxes or rarely from the daily quests

They forgot to put them on the vendor. Even their article says that you can buy them from the vendor.

Purple is from dailies the white is from the vendor where nightfall starts. One of them lol. Only cost 1 of those tokens each
Its purple weapons on that vendor, the white weapons are not on vendor even if the tooltip on those said white weapons says “vendor”.

crazy how the entire week 1 of patch is like 2 NPCs and 1 half baked event and they still forget to add 1/3 of camp NPC lol

The white weapons drop from the purple champion box when u get 100% participation during the nightfall event. It’s not a guaranteed drop and only the drops that are equippable by the class your playing have the chance to drop. I.e. you won’t get the white staff on a rogue etc.

Supposedly they were on a vendor on the PTR. Maybe for the sole purpose of testing.
Or you know, making another rng fest in a time based subscription.

I literally see the white armor on a vendor where nightfall event starts. Each piece cost 1 of those epic tokens.
They can also drop from caches from dailies or rares in the daily zones

If you are at the camp facing east with the tent and campfire in front of you,
The vendor on the right sells the white armor variants, the one on the left sells purple related trinkets, etc, next to the campfire is the quartermaster and a t-shirt tailor vendor.
The purple armor appears to only come from the daily quest reward bags.
Edit: you also get white variants from the purple treasure box for participating in the event. I realized yesterday that you can do the event as much as you want and still get boxes. I had erroneously believed since there was a weekly quest you would only get loot off the first kill of the week per toon…
The article they posted clearly states that the white weapons are supposed to be sold by the vendor, not just drops from the boxes:
The Flame’s Radiance armor sets and weapons can be purchased by using Radiant Emblems of Service which are earned from the Nightfall Scenario. The Nightfall Regalia is collected through drops and quest rewards. Each armor set is available for cloth, leather, chainmail, and plate armor types.

To be clear, the OP here is talking specifically about the white weapons, which are also not available on any vendor and, like the purple armor, currently can only be obtained as random warband drops.
