Hallowfall was such an incredible zone with such an interesting culture and great representation of faith in the light.
I for one would love to play Arathi humans as a character as I find their culture and history so cool.
Does anyone else feel the same?
If they get those pointed ears, I would switch my human paladin faster than a Blizzard Services Sale can materialize.
The mix of culture between the humans and elves was so cool! They even had the elven lynxes as a call back which was awesome!
They are probably just adding half elf ears to human and blood elf models.
Haven’t gotten there yet but it is the one zone that I am looking forward to doing.
I would love to see an actual allied race though with light attributed racials and something calling back their heritage a bit if I am being honest.
I personally wouldn’t, a whole race slot for a simple half ear customization seems far more wasteful than the Lightforged or Dark Iron that could’ve easily have been customization options for the core race.
I’d love to see them on horde as well to tie back in with their elven history, we have 3 races of dwarves at this point so what is another human with maybe some more elven options.
humans and orcs should never be on the opposite faction.
Warcraft is founded on orcs vs humans, and even if the faction conflict is gone, that divide is still core to the setting.
any other race/model is free game though.

Lightforged orcs would probably make more sense? But if they can bend the lore in a compelling way sure.
I’m kind of over factions and after void elves and now dwarves on horde it does not really matter to me as long as they write it in well.

mfw it was actually Amani Lynxes but High Elves invaded their land, killed off the natives of the Amani lands and also their Amani Lynxes and Amani Dragonhawks and now people call them elven lynxes.
The ones owned by the amani are amani lynxes and the ones owned by the elves (and brought to the new arathi home) are elven lynxes.
Makes sense to me.
The lynxes were brought from amani to their arathi empire. They were originally natives of the amani lands. Helfs literally stole amani’s land and culture and genocided the native amani trolls.
