Arathi Highlands World Quests appear on some characters but not others, including my main. These quests have been available past cycles, so it’s not a quest / progression issue. Anyone have any ideas / advice?

Well, right now, the Horde has possession of Arathi, so there would be no Alliance WQs available. Since you’re posting on an Alliance character, that might be relevant.

I didn’t even bother to look at what character was being used here. It’s this character. As I stated, my other horde characters, who have done far less re progression, have said WQs available.
Ok, that makes more sense.
As an experiment, try a UI reset.
It’s reversible if it doesn’t help.
Something else that might matter, did you switch Arathi back to its past timeframe (for example to collect the candy bucket)? The WQs won’t show if the map is showing ye olde Arathi.
Persistence of the Zidormi state seems to be a bit unpredictable lately.

Was just going to mention the portal itself takes me to the lower level version. Let me figure out how to address that right quick.
Also, the UI reset did not solve the issue, but thank you.
Problem solved by returning to the present time. No idea when I changed it, but Zidormi was my savior.
