Hi everyone! So ive recently stumbled upon the mounts that drop from Arathi Highlands as of BFA i think?
Well, I managed to get a mount from the first rare that I killed there along with other loot. I proceeded to kill every other rare that also drops mount, but none of them were even lootable.
Now thats not totally abnormal. But what WAS strange is when I logged over to my alts, they also were only able to get loot from that one specific rare (the one that drops the bat.) All the other rares seemed to be off the loot table for them as well.
Is this just a crazy coincidence? Or am i extremely unlocky? Or is it a known thing that happens?

What loot do you get from that one rare? Junk? Blues? Azerite?
(I know I spent a lot of time there back in the day, but my memory has gone fuzzy about what loot, if any, to expect if there wasn’t a drop of the rare’s special item)
As far as I’m aware loot is not account wide. So your other toons should be eligible for their own loot.
Unless blizzard made a sneaky change that we are not aware
If you didn’t have the Heart of Azeroth on those characters, you probably won’t get any drops other than the occasional piece of equipment or mount.

not sure if faction control of the zone makes a difference with loot?
if you’ve only just discovered Arathi, Darkshore has the same thing too… with mounts/pets/toys/mogs
