Ran Ara-Kara, City of Echoes, The trinket Ara-Kara Sacbrood drops off the first boss? I ran the dudgeon on heroic and at the last boss I received the trinket as a green IL 558 I think? (If exact info is needed I can go back to my restore items and see) Super weird unsure if this is a bug or if the trinket is a random drop as well? Even then why was the item not the heroic version? Super confused.

Side not I ended up running this again a few more times and got the heroic version with speed so I was not too worried about the loot. Just wanted to report this to see if anyone else has had this issue?

I had this happen to me in Darkflame Cleft. Running heroic mode and the last boss, The Darkness, drops a 558 green Poleaxe of Somber Fate. I think there is some funkyness goin on behind the scenes… dirty gremlins lol. Hopefully they get it figured out, its not a very good feeling hunting for an item, only to receive its lesser form.
