Apr/May 2021 - High latency to Oceanic realm (SEA/Singapore)

The past week or so, have been getting extremely high packet loss rate and ping has increased from usual 120ms and below to 240ms on average. Occurs occasionally in all scenarios (raids/instance, BGs, cities).

From Singapore on Singtel ISP. Similar issue faced a year ago.

I have the same problem on singnet fibre. How do I post the logs to show the devs?

Oceania 103.4.115.248

Hi Miaataa

This looks like the Submarine Cable connection - we see a jump from 52ms to 227ms. Not sure what is going on there. I checked google and see no outages for Oceania.

The results are showing packet loss and long response times starting inside Telstra’s network. This is a routing peer your ISP, Singnet, uses to route their connections to the game server. As a customer, you won’t be able to reach out to them on your own, so you’ll have to work on this through your ISP.
