April Fools started circa 419 years before the internet, so it is a trend that has certainly stuck around.

I laughed so hard at the Hunters section.

I appreciate these types of posts in games that have no hardcoded bugs or shenanigans.
When a game has such, this just comes off as tone deaf.

I think the trend is great . As many said already some folks need to relax and lighten up. That’s half the problem - people being in super serious mode all the time over all things .., a damn game.
