I understand PvP adjustments but why nerf Trueshot in PvE as well?
Where did you see it nerf in PvE ? The changes stated were for PvP only.
Some of the lines among all classes were missing the “in PvP combat only”, but i think its fair to assume that this will be the case here also.
Everything on the list only applies to PvP
