Listen. Outlaw really need a full rework. I get it; you’re busy. Doin what? Who know. Ill tell you this much. Go and ready the official outlaw discord. We want devs to listen. We want to be heard. So far, from what i’ve seen and heard, we haven’t been. I challenge any member of the rogue dev team, if you are real; to give any feedback at all , whatsoever. Show up to raven and what you have to say we will listen. Hope you’d do the same. Rogues have been sile t and we need answers for your crimes against us. Show us. Prove to us.

I disagree with you wholeheartedly here. The whole damn class needs a rework. Rogue was my first toon, and while yes, it can pump out DPS, it isn’t fun to play. I don’t mind it being complex to play, but there are way too many issues plaguing all 3 specs that they need to rethink how they approach Rogue.
Vanish being an Offensive CD is frankly offensive.
For class utility, we don’t have a great interrupt package compared to other classes. Rogue used to be the king of interrupts, now? We still have kick, I guess. I have no complaints on the class poisons, they haven’t been updated too much, but I feel as though they are still great. I know, lets give them extra max combo points!
For Hero Talents…this is the rogue forum, does anyone think our Hero talents are good or flavorful? Let’s flip some coins, have a hidden blade (Why is that not in assassination, instead of “Outlaw”), or mark our target? Typing this out, Fatebound is just dumb.
For Sin, they need a way to trigger the higher snapshotting without using vanish. Hell, make it a combo point spender to where you get x seconds in stealth related to how many points you spend. Give Shadowstep a stealth window, so we can use that. There are things that we can do to not have to use vanish. (I don’t want to use vanish as an optimal Offensive CD, cause its an aggro/combat drop) Deathmark is just Deathstalker thematically. Deathmark adds too much complexity to your windows when your balance your Garrotes, Ruptures, Envenoms, and kingsbane. They also have terrible single-target energy regeneration. We have great bursts and opening but fade in longer fights.
Why did they go all in on Outlaw instead of Combat? The retractable hook is cool for non enemy based teleports, but Roll the Bones is just too RNG. Killing Spree needs an invulnerable window that extends a little bit out of combat. Get rid of Roll the Bones and all that ties into it.
For Sub, IDK. Ive never gotten the hang of Sub, so I’m not going to complain about it, outside of I know they don’t like playing Sub either.

It is good to see that the community is united for a change but the bad news is that congregating toward discord might have backfired. This is because the devs cherry pick where they see “feedback” and not just one central location.
This is why you can see changes that never was asked from official forums or discord happen for Rogues.
