This has happened twice to me so far, when I apply a Faction Change to a character, they will be removed from the guild they are in. Since guilds are x-faction now, this doesn’t seem like it should happen.
You have to rejoin the guild. Even in cross faction guilds the guild is still based in the guild leaders faction. They work the same as before, where you leave the guild when you switch factions, the only difference is, that you can rejoin the same guild.
