Each zone / expansion should have its own quest line to enable dragon flying.
Regular hovering, I mean, regular flying would still apply of course. And regular flying should come to the dragon isles.
It will be up to the player to decide how to fly;
I would love to dragon fly from Isle of Quel’Danas to Stranglethron Vale. It would be quite fun!

As long as i keep traditional flying with no restrictions or drawbacks.
My dream/fantasy is that Blizzard has Sabellian send us back to Outland and we get to use Dragon Riding in Outland as a test pilot prior to them adding Dragon Riding everywhere else.
Imagine bringing things full circle with a Nether Drake dragon riding mount being added to the game.
They should not touch traditional flying. And certainly enable it in the new zones as they have in the past.
Theres enough people who are hating on traditional flying to such an extent that they call for its removal and for everyone to be regulated to dragon riding even if many dont want it for themselves.
I dont give a damn what they do with dragon riding. I could care less what new crap opens for it only so long as i still have my traditional flying and im left alone.
