I setup my account with Apple Private Relay. Now I want to switch from monthly to 6 month subscriptions but it asks for my login info and I don’t access that.
Have you tried turning Apple Private Relay off temporarily so you can access your account? Because of how Battle.net works, your browser needs to store authentication tokens and APR is blocking them.

Safari gives ability to turn it off in just safari as well. just go into privacy and change “hide IP address” from everything to just trackers. (or turn it off completely) and reload page.
also worth noting that any other browser won’t use private relay. it’s not applied system wide, just to webkit and mail. webkit is all inclusive of safari, or any app that’s using apples webkit view api.
