Game freezes.
Video is frozen.
Happens a lot in Oribos.
Sound works. I can hear sounds from menu if I hit esc.
If I’m able to quit WoW - everything goes to normal and I can launch and play again. I think I managed to do it with /quit or /exit once.
Otherwise - the only way to get out is force restart Mac.

Had this happen a couple times recently myself. No specific location or activity at the time. I found that closing the laptop (sleeping) and opening back up will give control back. PITA though
There are a few threads about this. Turning on Vertical Sync will eliminate the problem.
I have the same issues but it is happening in mythic keys. The game locks up but I can hear my toon cast and move around but the screen is frozen. I get no error code and have to tab quit to reload the game to fix.
I have stoped running all programs while playing and turned off all add-ons.
