Whats the ETA on when these new achievement will be added to the PTR. There was a post recently that says,

I’m told they aren’t on the PTR yet.
Im also unable to find anything on the PTR about them, unless they are some how encrpyted? not sure how to check on that.
Yeah, this was in the initial announcement post but with the release date announced this may be scrapped or delayed to a later patch.

It doesnt look like this made it into this update? Collecting community would appreciate knowing if this is still coming in a future patch, Collecting achievements in general are falling more and more behind so we were excited to hear more were coming (I apologize if this just sounds like complaining, Im really more perplexed than anything)
