Silvermane Howlers and Savage Owlbeasts seem to have broken spawns in the Hinterlands. I have spent literally hours circling their exact spawn points only to come across 2 or 3… in hours. The Hinterlands in the meantime of me doing this has less than a dozen players in the zone so they’re not being hunted like mad. I’ve even stayed in the same location of a silvermane howler that I killed for 30 minutes afterwards and nothing spawned in or near that area. Blizzard please look into this. It is crazy frustrating not being to finish 2 simple kill quests.
The wolves and owlbeasts share spawns. You have to kill the wolves and owlbeasts you don’t need to get ones that you do.
