It’s 12 hours after reset and the app still won’t display the newest emissary. This happens every day… eventually, some time later into the night it will show.
I’ve tried changing characters, logging out of the app, and even reinstalling it.
Also, only one of my characters displays emissary quests at all. Out of 12 120’s, only one character can view them in the app, despite all of them being able to do them in game.
