I have “received” two Apex Chests in the last two weeks but they don’t show up in my inventory. Is there a known issue with this?

It’s also not unheard of for items to be invisible in the inventory due to a faulty UI.
Before you do a full UI reset, make use of the search function in your inventory to double check it’s not being overlooked. We’ve all been there and done that heh.
Follow all the steps in the article linked below then log into the game and check your inventory. You can simply reverse the process after if it doesn’t help.
