Hey there! Evolve is a horde raiding guild on Area 52. I’m not gonna spam you with the guild recruitment post so I’ll just give you the tldr. Most of us have been CE raiders for a very long time. Took a break from raiding cuz we’re old and life happens. We’re reforming with our solid core and looking for a few more reliable raiders to fill in the gaps for mythic. After our second week back we’re at 8/8H and with a few reliable additions we’ll be in mythic and looking strong to push for CE in 8.1. We raid Tues/Wed 8pm-11pm EST. If you’d like to chat and see if we could be right for you feel free to message us in game. We have a very laid back family feel and joke and tease each other like siblings. Within the first week of joining us you’d learn a lot about most of us and hear plenty of stories as to how inside jokes came about. Arm of Hades has been around for 12 years, with our focus on a strong community while clearing AotC (every tier since BC) with a handful of Mythic kills on a 5hr/week raiding schedule.
We raid Tues/Thurs - 7:00-9:30 CST
Outside of raiding we have a consistent M+ community, fun Casual members, and play other games together. We also have annual reunions (10th coming in 2019) where 15-25 guildies drive/fly in to a central location for a week of fun and games.
Most of our core is 30-45 and we are definitely chill but focused on killing bosses during our 5 hour window.

Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 holy paladin and 1 disc+holy priest healer , 1 ranged dps. Anyone talented regardless of class/spec will be considered. Do not be shy to apply even if you are not one of our high priority classes.
We also recruit normal and heroic only raiders for our normal and heroic raids. We have many awesome less hardcore players that join us for heroic and normal to learn from our mythic raiders. This is a very active and growing guild. Our raiders do not just log on to raid and than disappear.
Guild Goals: To full clear mythic uldir in a timely competitive fashion [in progress] and all future mythic raid tiers going forward in a quick and competitive manner. We set our goals and then we do what it takes to meet them. We do meet our goals. Period. We started antorus 6 months late and burned our way through cutting edge Antorus. This IS a cutting edge raiding guild with structure and organization.
Raid Schedule
[Mythic] Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm cst for farm bosses.
[Mythic] Sat/Sun main mythic progression days 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic uldir for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.
We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.
More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Our raiders are competitive players always striving to better themselves. Flasks and feasts and vantus runes are provided for all progression raiding. We are a community focused on end game PVE progression. We have a very experienced group of leaders, skilled in organizing and executing all end game content. Our core group of friends and raiders have been playing together and successfully leading guilds across multiple MMO’s. We raid end-game content at a high level but with a semi-casual approach (2 Nights a week for 3 hours a night). Our current raid nights of Tuesday and Thursday are for progression, and we also have a second raid night for Alts and other members on Wednesday nights. If you just need a home, we can certainly fit that need as well.

Our guild might be a good fit for you. We are on alliance Thunderlord.
The raiding bits:
We are 8/8H, 2/8M and raid Tues/Thurs nights 9pm-12EST. I like to describe us as a Heroic Guild with Mythic aspirations. We started at the end of WoD - and tbh we were pretty bad. We had some really great players (our RL is an example) and some brand new players. The guild started as a group of mostly RL friends. We worked hard and got AotC in every raid in Legion.
The more social (pertinent to you) bits:
We are a small guild. approximately 25 people. We like to have a smaller group - it makes sure that everyone is getting at least some play time every raid night. Our RL will swap people in and out as needed for classes/roles to make sure everyone gets to see every fights.
The negative of the smaller group is that on non-raid nights you won’t necessarily see the whole guild on - we are accepting/understanding that there is RL outside of the game. We use Discord, which is very active, to coordinate M+, Islands, Alts, etc. on non-raid nights. You can get a M+ going most nights of the week.
We aren’t into drama. The officers would sit someone for acting poorly.
We aren’t clique-y. A few people take some time to warm up, but the group is always happy to help each other out.
I’m not sure if we’re mature - everyone asks for that and tbh not sure what they want from a guild when they say that. That being said we’re about the same age or a little younger than you are. We have 1-2 in their mid-late 20’s, but I’d say that 90%+ of the group is in their 30’s. Several have kids/Spouses so we understand the obligation of RL. RL>game.
We are looking for a few specific classes/roles, but tbh it’s more important to our group that you’re playing a toon that you enjoy than that it fits perfectly into some predetermined space in the raid. If you only want to heal, then we might not be a good fit, otherwise we can probably take whatever you want to play!

Btw, that name is hilarious. We’re a unique situation as we just moved to Wow from another MMO a couple of months ago. We have a strong community and leaders. We’ve been together 5+ years and one of the top guilds for years in our previous MMO (gw2). We’re all mostly 25-40 in age. Age 18+ only guild. We like to have fun but we strive to be the best players we can be as well. TKx is a long time guild that recently moved to WoW (almost 2 months ago), because the game we have played the past 5 years has become neglected and stale. We have been one of the top guilds for years and just didn’t have much competition anymore…so we decided to try WoW since many of us have prior experience but haven’t played it together as a guild before. We have quickly geared and progressed, currently working on heroic and aiming toward mythic progression ASAP.
Our goal is to progress mythic raid content, and next tier our goal is to achieve CE and be one of the top 2-day progression guilds in the US. We are a very determined group of individuals. We like to have fun, but expect to get progression done efficiently. Real life comes first here and that is why we have chosen a 2-day raid schedule. Our mindset for improvement and learning is definitely hardcore; we expect our members to constantly strive to do something better: all the time, everytime.
Raid times are Fri, Sat @ 9:30pm - 1am. US-PST timezone.
