likely an addon like you are saying. I tested flame strike and blizzard on every wacky thing i could and all worked as expected. Did you have a specific location where its a problem or some kind of situation where its more prone to fail?
Edit: I tested on Wrath classic; what version are you on?
im on classic era – I’ve disabled all addons, taken all addons out of my UI folder, etc, and its still busted. My brothers stuff is also messed up. His rogue for example cant distract everywhere.
It’s basically just on uneven terrain. For example in the Warsong base I don’t have much trouble, but in banana I have issues.
