Shadow Priest Shadow Crash and Shaman Earthquake click-and-place AOE spells now cast on the target as of the War Within, why was this change not done for Fire Mage Flame Strike which is fire mages main AOE?

Good question. I’d love Flame Strike and Blizzard to have options to cast at target location.
