is there a way to make the Transmorgrifer permanent? you play like 20g to transform your gear then 5 min later you find something that’s better than what you have so the transformation of the gear was worthless. so is there a way to make the look stay even if you get new gear?

Generally people don’t select a transmog until their gear hits a lull or they don’t plan on leveling.

I couldn’t bare (bear?) to face the login screen is some clown suit. I am ALWAYS mog’d, and would LOVE at least a price drop in the costs. It is crazy to pay 400 to 600 gold to change your clothes. Maybe when item levels are squished with our levels, we will also see a massive drop in vendor cost of said gear, and mogging will naturally follow.

No, but they should make it.
It is a lot to look how I wanna look. If I change my mog 10X in a month, plus any upgrades I get…over 4K gold just to play dress up? That’s insane.
You can always wait for Trial of Style, when all transmogging is free for the duration of the event?

Do you wear the same clothes all month? Going to a desert or a snowy mountain or kicking around town? I don’t want to either. Neither do my twelve alts. It adds up. I think the cost has reached a pain point, and should come down. The fact that I also make gold is irrelevant. There are other things to do with gold…I’m fine spending some of it on how I look, that’s important to me. But the cost should come down…probably be halved, and it would still be a substantial gold sink. As it is, the last two expansions I have left the expansion with less gold than I had coming into it. That WoD garrison trust fund is going to run out eventually, and then what? Dancing on mailboxes for mog money?
I think t-mog should be free.

I page searched this post for the word ‘slot’ and didn’t find it so I had to comment.
What you’re referring to is the ability to transmog the gear slots rather than the armor itself. It has been suggested in the past, it would be a GREAT quality of life change but most of the time the suggestion gets ridiculed altogether on the forums.

Why do they need to hit me with their gear before transmogging? I don’t like being hit.
