Anyway to have the enemy health percentage show on the bar on top of their heads?

I don’t mean on the frame on your focus target, I mean on the actual plate above their heads? I’m currently using plater to do this but I much prefer the regular look of the WOW UI.

Not sure if you can do it with the default but if you can it’ll be one of the nameplate or status bar CVars. You can easily browse them using
