there should be a way to warn others not to group with them

If that was the case, whos to say that one petty and spiteful individual wouldn’t ruin the reputation of another and make it more difficult for said individual to get groups in the future over false claims and accusations.

Many players are petty, arrogant, narcissistic and spiteful individuals. Prey tell how you plan to create any sort of system from being horribly abused with your idea.
There is ignore. There are addons that can sync the ignore players across all your alts for convenience. I use them. They’re great for not having to deal with those people ever again. And it works on a full proof method. One case at a time.
