I don’t think she needs to be prettier I just think the model is bad in general.

Dude read the threads people are lusting after WoW characters. If you want to dress it up and say “people want to look attractive characters” you can. It is fine if you are not one of the people then it does not apply to you. But as the old saying goes “a hit dog will bark”.

I thought the new Alex still looked fantastic. Not sure how that slipped through.
I expect Valeera to look like she is walking around in a garbage can by the time they are done with her. Maybe they’ll even give her one of those trademark half shaved heads and resting you know what faces.

Concept art can be for anything, it’s likely a basis for her armor change not her facial appearance.
