I dont think he is actually a nice person. Just comes off superficially nice.
I do not see how anyone who was ok with wrapping everything up in forced content to inflate the participation metric could be very nice.
It tells me they care less about their player base than they do a metric for which they can use to say “hey we did a good job. everyone did garrisons in wod!”.
