It’s a very good ST leggo for shadow. For Holy I’ve been messing with it a bit in raid - it’s not nearly as good as flash Conc but you can still do competitive HPS with it in some fights, actually. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone asking what hPriest’s best leggos are, but if they wanted to do it for fun, they probably could get away with it,
In M+ it’s OK on Disc, too. Basically feels like you can rotate this with Mindbender to have constant rolling supplemental healing through the dungeon, and get more mind sears out. But I mean, Kyrian is better for Disc so not sure many people will play this one.
The fact they remove the dmg for the disc version kinda ruin it a bit sadly
