Anyone play on a Tablet?

Specifically an ipad? BF kinda wants to try the game but he doesn’t have a pc.

Thanks for your input and have a nice weekend!

When I play world of warcraft its en plein air.

problems with en plein air on a tablet based on my experience in the early 2000s:

-no pressure sensitivity
-glare from the sun on the screen

maybe these things have been fixed, I don’t know because I haven’t been outside in 15 years

The only one I would attempt it on is the new iPad Pro with the M2 chip.

WoW wants an SSD drive, but I’m playing it on a new MacBook Air with the M2 chip, and it’s brilliant.

You’d still need a real mouse & keyboard.

god damnit this is one of those stupid threads or ideas that I completely dismiss and then realize is the best idea ever… when I get the money to I should probably buy a tablet and do mindless farming on a couch or something instead of in a stupid computer chair

this happened all the time in high school, me and my friends would suggest a song to each other and our initial reaction would be that it was the worst song ever and the other person was LITERALLY an idiot… then 2 months later we would realize it was the best song ever

Loser, I play on a smart board.

God, you’re all posers.

Best way to play WoW is with smoke signals.

I just larp wow.
“Fireball!”

I thought i saw my dad played WoW on Commodore 64 when i was young.

i usually play wow on a pregnancy test

I just play wow on a meat thermometer

I play WoW on my gaming desktop computer! Wait… Sorry, I did it wrong.

You did.

You brought shame to your family

The serious answer OP is that there isn’t a way to get wow to run natively on an iPad, but you can use the iPad effectively as a remote display and controller for wow running on a nearby mac.

The problem is it is against ToS to use “streaming services” of any kind.

Best bet would be to get one of the foldable tablet/laptop and use a controller.

There are interface/accessibility settings for a move-pad on the screen that could work with a touch screen.

I highly doubt that the use of Apple Sidecar is a ToS issue, since it’s just the computer using the iPad as wired or wireless touchscreen monitor.

i heard someone did it on a pregnancy tester lol

Or he can just play in his dreams. Nothing beats that!

Why would I use a tablet as a mat for my computer?
