I don’t really listen to Podcasts, but there are two I try to keep up with. One might not really be a Podcast. lol

  • Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!
    It’s a weekly news quiz show on NPR. I used to listen to it on a regular basis every Saturday but that got thrown off while my car was in the shop for 2 months. Would usually listen to it through Spotify on my way home from a friend’s house and the loaner car didn’t have Android Auto. That aside, it’s fun and a little informative. I usually know most of what they are talking about. I like everyone on the show and the puns and jokes they use. I’m glad I got my car back because now I can listen to it again on the long drive from my friend’s house home.

  • The Smoking Tire
    It’s a podcast about cars and the auto industry. I really like the hosts, Matt Farrah and Zack Klapman.

i’m a big fan of Dan Carlin. he has a history podcast called Hardcore History, where he lays his topics out in a nice, easy-to-digest manner. i just got done listening to Supernova in the East, which is broadly about the pacific theater during WWII, and i’d recommend it as a good starting point. really, though, he covers a huge time period, so if there’s some historical event you’re interested in, chances are that Dan has a podcast episode (or several) about it.

I work 12 hour shifts and fill most of that time with podcasts/audiobooks/ and music.

Critical Role is fantastic if you need hundreds of hours of great content. Dungeons and Daddies has me laughing my butt off.

I listen to the Motley Fool podcasts for investing info.

Fake Doctors Real friends is great for fans of Scrubs.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe podcast for MCU content.

Rebel Force Radio for Star Wars content.

Thy’re Just Movies for movie discussions.

Fat Man Beyond. Kevin smiths podcast that covers all things Marvel, DC, and other general nerdery.

Have you listened to his series of episodes about the fall of the Roman Republic or the series about Genghis Khan? Some of the best podcasts I’ve ever listen to.

I listen to a lot of fiction podcasts. If you like WoW, check out The Call of the Flame or Aethuran Dark Saga. Also, I like history podcasts. Two of the best are The History of Rome and The History of Byzantium.

the Roman Republic yes, but i didn’t know he did one about Genghis Khan… although i shouldn’t be surprised that he did. i’ll have to check that one out

I listen to Zoologic. A podcast that focuses on Zoos and Zookeeping.
