Trying to get a 3 star gem (Inscribed Illimited Diamond) but when I submitted it with a 3k tip and all the mats, they only crafted a 2 star. I have no idea how crafting works lately. Did I tip too little? Is it just not a 100% chance to craft it?
If anyone knows any jewelers that need business, please let me know.

If you post a public work order, you’re subject to whoever makes it and their skill/inspiration procs. It is a risk you are now aware of. You can look in Trade Chat for someone to craft it and guarantee max quality, or at least be willing to craft more until it is.
