I just watched Bellular gaming, and there is supposed to be a vendor we can spen bullion at that has super hard to get xmogs and mounts

where is it?

They’re in the Parting Glass on the east side of Val.

EDIT: South East of the portals/main tower.

You’re looking for Mirioszin. She’s near the other Bullion vendors, but across the room. Took me a few minutes to find her too.
