I know how to play the game and if you knew about PvP you wouldn’t say this.
I’m on a PvP server to PvP. Most of the PvP I do is in cities both attacking and defending them. So there is a reason why I’m flagged coming from a PvP server. WPvP is end game. There is always massive 80+ vs 80+ WPvP raids going on.
Again no I can’t. You can however flag yourself in the dungeon. Now you know.
If you ever been on a PvP server you would know faction cities are the most contested PvP zones.

As a healer on a PVE server I am not flagging for pvp. you want to get my holy nova healing you better unflag or eat dirt.

Then you must have explicitly turned it on. By itself, it will drop off after five minutes in friendly territory.
But if you deliberately flag yourself by typing /pvp, then it’s on forever until you turn it off.
Maybe my memory is so bad. I don’t recall the flag ever dropping off, but I’ll chalk me being wrong and not remembering correctly to experiencing nightmares of Phase 2 launch trying to do anything open world.
I really regret following a P-Server guild I got to know on Northdale to Fairbanks after telling myself that I wouldn’t roll on a PvP server in Classic.

it’s bugged. it doesn’t drop off at the same time. some ppl get dropped like 10 mins in some right away. either way my experience is it does all eventually drop.
for me turning it on and off doesn’t work but im on faerlina which is pvp so idk it’s not that big of a deal yet for me anyway and im the healer lol
If you are on a pvp server I don’t think you can turn it off (or that is my understanding)
