Anyone know of any LGBT friendly communities?

Yo, me and my partner are trying to identify a realm where he can speak on voice chat without getting mocked, anyone know where I might find a guild or server for that?

Okay, actually not trolling, just wanting a guild that doesn’t care about lisps. That’s it guys, wasn’t trying to start a forest fire.

Why is blizzard so loathe to actually ban players like the op who repeatedly troll at the expense of an entire minority group?

I’m not trolling? Maybe you think so because I’m not eloquent about my typing? I’m just trying to find a resource so I don’t have to battle through guilds until I can play the game drama free

Just wan’t to play the game drama free.

At least 32.33% (repeating, of course) gamers have a lisp.

What kind of children are you playing with that mock your voice on comms?

The only server designations are PVE, PVP or RP-PVP. Besides that, everyone should be able to play on any server without being bullied. Hopefully you, your partner and others will not have bad experiences, but if you do encounter such issues, report the issue to Blizzard Customer Support and also block said users.

Good luck!

Its the internet people… And unfortunately the internet breeds internet bullies and folks who who like to get a laugh at other peoples expense .
Having said that if anyone feels like they cant handle this or strong language at times ( like that meanmom thread ) Then perhaps playing games on the internet is not for you …

EDIT: We cant even use words like Black and White in a guild name because of you over emotional everything hurts my feeling people… Get off the internet where you can be/feel safe. No one is forcing you to play and have to read/listen to things you don’t want to hear…

It sounds like you’re trying to create an issue though. Some people have lisps, that isn’t something only gay folk have, so why do you need an LGBT+++ server for that?

No i’m totally fine ignoring people, I just would prefer to skip the entire process this time.

My boyfriend has been bullied a lot because of his voice while playing games online so he does not voice chat anymore. Vanilla wow is harder and about community so I’d like him to have a better experience then feeling like he can’t talk strat with his guild.

Unfortunately people get bullied for anything online, whether it be someones race, voice, religions, etc, depending on what you share.

If he was bullied, as you put it, then that is obviously people you shouldn’t be around and just turn the other cheek and say “Nah, I’m not gonna be around people who make fun of others” and look for another guild.

Bullying will happen no matter what and even my best bud I talk to daily on Discord has a lisp, but yet no one cares, but none of us are also LGBT+++.

Join guild, if they are mean, leave guild and find a new one. Rinse repeat.
You will eventually find a guild that doesn’t care either way.
Whatever you do don’t go around announcing your sexuality or anything else that has 0 bearing on the game.
Choose server based on location / population / type of server you want to play on no other reason.
