Started farming fyrakk for this and curious if i HAVE to get the drop on a hunter to get the pet taming ability, or if i could just send a legion of alts into it each week?

this unique owl requires a special skill which is taught by the [Cinder of Companionship]. The Cinder is awarded when you learn the mount item [Reins of Anu’relos, Flame’s Guidance] which is a rare drop from Mythic Fyrakk in the Amirdrassil raid. Using the Cinder creates an account-wide unlock for you to tame Nah’qi, so you don’t have to specifically obtain it on your hunter.
Can confirm with what everyone else here said, got it on the warlock and was able to use both items on the lock which unlocked druid form and allowed hunter to tame.
