You get it from winning 10 of the darkmoon faire pit fights, all of the tokens I can think to buy to upgrade it don’t work. Does anyone know how you are supposed to upgrade this thing? I tried normal heirloom upgrades from the heirloom vendor in the 20th anniversary, then I tried the version you buy with honor, and I also tried with the heirloom upgrades you buy in the Darkmoon Faire and none of them worked.
