Anyone know how to remove the on screen effects?

So basically when I stand in fire for example, i will get this flame effect around my screen and for some reason this is causing me a drop in fps. Its almost like the red flash you get when you are in combat, but this is worse. Does anyone know the command to disable this feature ? I have debuff auras alrdy , i dont need this extra junk on my screen , its too much.

Have you considered not standing in fire?

First try disabling all of your addons since that’s where it’s likely coming from. Then add them back one at a time until you figure out which one does that.

I dont think its addon related.
