Anyone know how to make a macro that uses scourge strike, but when morped to vampiric strike

I’m not an expert by any means but you should be able to add Vampiric Strike after Scourge Strike on the next command line and if it doesn’t exist it will fall to the next command. I have no idea what macro you’re trying to make but this should work on a basic level.
