Anyone just not do the azerite grind?

I stopped caring. my main is 49 and this alt is 45 and it’s basically from the occasional emissary and M+ cache.

I dont do islands or warfronts, and i dont do WQ other than the 4 daily for the emissary…

I actually could care less is I get it to 50 before the next patch. I care even less if I get it to 75 or 65 or whatever the max is for the heart traits…

i’m just done with that garbage grind… and i’m a mythic raider lol

I never even did the legion grind. The AP grind for both legion and BfA are something I can’t stand.

I’m trying to get to lv50 before the next patch.

I am currently 75% through lv49, so here’s to hoping!

My other toons? Nah, they’re good. I just wanted to do it once so I can say I did it.

I stopped farming azerite about 2 weeks into the expansion.

I never farmed azerite because of how burnt out I was from the Legion ap grind. I mean there’s going to be a catch up anyway so it doesn’t matter.

I’m good with getting it randomly through the most random things in the game or the warfront table thing.

Neck level is 43 somehow… and i never glance at it at all… I’ll take the ilvl hit.

I didn’t grind it in Legion and I’m not grinding it in BfA.

My main’s neck is like level 44 because like 95% of my Azerite was a combination of raid drops and the M+ cache, but we’re only doing CoS now so the amount of Azerite I’ve been getting from raids is negligible and I stopped doing M+ on that character because the chances of an upgrade are tiny, so no bonus from the cache anymore.

Thanks to catchup mechanics, this alt -almost- caught up to the main despite also not grinding it, mostly because of Mythic+, but I hit 400 ilvl at neck level 42 so that’s now also done, because I don’t care much about getting higher than 400 ilvl on an alt that I’m not even raiding on so I’m no longer running M+.

My most used character is at 48 80%, I haven’t played that character a lot this month nor the past one, but you can definitely get lvl 50 if you are active but not grinding.

Yeah, I gave up. I just came back after unsubbing in December. My necklace is like 26 and I cant be bothered to get it higher.

I stopped once I hit 48 because the amount of dumb/boring stuff I’d have to do to get to 50 for 6 measly ilevels on the neck isn’t nearly worth it.

I’m about 70% of the way to 50 now and I’ll hit it before 8.2 but I couldn’t care less if I do or not.

Yeah… I really don’t care about it. The only reason my neck is over 40 is passively getting AP from doing emissaries and whatnot.

I have 6 or 7 characters with lvl 50 neck and other than the last month I just ignored grinding for that. Still don’t ‘grind’ for it just make sure to do emissaries for azerite which I had been skipping at time before.

Yeah I don’t do that stuff.

I play for fun. I don’t have to add another 0.02% DPS to my necklace.

I’ve been casually playing every day since the launch of BFA. I never went out of my way to collect AP. I just hit 50 last week. Ez game.

problem is i’m a mythic raider. so my main kinda needs to be up to date on the neck… i hate it

Yeah I heard mythic raiding life can suck sometimes. I wish you well. /moo

Yea, not sure about the grind part. An alt I have, from 3 weeks ago, is 45 and I just casually do random BGs/assaults.

Believe level 42, or 43 is the most I have on the character I play the most. Alts are in the 30’s maybe. But ya I don’t bother with azercrap outside of the mission table ones. Don’t raid anyways, or pvp, so why bother trying to max it out.

Every mythic raid team I join, I’m always the lowest neck ilvl. I hate wqs, islands, warfronts, etc. Only source of AP I enjoy doing is dungeons but its like 300 ap per dungeon, which takes 30-40mins so not very efficient. Every other source of ap is just a boring activity with absolutely 0 challenge and nothing interesting.

This guy got to 50 last week I think. I didn’t actually TRY for it though so it wasn’t so much a grind. I have been doing islands for doubloons, so there’s that.
